This page explains what information Element 13, LLC ("Element 13," "we," "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also describes our commitment to keeping this site usable for everyone.
Information we collect
This is a simple marketing website. We do not require accounts, and we do not run advertising or behavioral-tracking pixels. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through our contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for anyone else's marketing.
Who processes it
A few service providers help operate this site and handle your submission:
- Netlify hosts the website and delivers its pages.
- FormSubmit processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Your submission passes through their service on the way to our inbox.
These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the site and your message. Fonts and scripts are served from our own site, so this website does not load resources from third-party font or code networks.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not use session-replay or cross-site tracking. Your browser may store standard technical data required to load the page; we do not use it to profile you.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal information of yours we hold, to provide a copy of it, to correct it, or to delete it. Because the only information we hold is what you email or submit to us, we handle these requests manually. To make a request, email customerservice@element13designs.com with the details you provided so we can locate your inquiry. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not treat you differently for exercising these choices.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of the project, then delete it on request or when it is no longer needed.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

Accessibility statement
Element 13 wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we build the site with semantic structure, text alternatives for images, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, and support for the browser's reduced-motion setting.
Accessibility is ongoing work, and some areas may not yet fully meet every guideline.
